hi, i went to last years download festival & used one of your camp lockers which were a godsend & i could rest at night or @ the arena knowing my valuables were safe, by the way can i just comment on the staffing at the entrance & say that they were great!! NOBODY went in without their wrist being scanned & only the wristbracelet holder was allowed in!!

It says you are as yet unconfirmed for Bestival but I wondered when a decision on this would be made? I ask as I my girlfriend probably won`t come unless you guys show up, so if this helps sway the decision in any way let me know.

Hello there, I booked a locker at the recent V Festival in Chelmsford and wanted to compliment a member of your team. Not sure how this happened but I didn`t put the lock on my locker properly, so when I left it, it wasn`t locked - my fault entirely. I had left quite a lot of cash in the locker, as well as keys, credit cards and a passport. It turns out that a member of your team Dan, then did a check of the lockers and discovered my error. He then got a new lock and locked the locker properly to ensure the safety of my items. In this era it is rare for someone to offer such service, the cash was untouched, a very nice gesture indeed.

Just wanted to say thanks. I rented an arena locker for the weekend at Download. The guys who ran the Arena lockers were brilliant. It was the best investment I made all weekend. Look forward to next years event where I will certainly hire my locker early to ensure I get one. Thanks again

Used your service this weekend at TITP and I just wanted to thank you for keeping all my valuables completely safe, yours staff were pleasant and polite. One comment though, could the wrist bands be fabric rather than paper, they were a bit scratcy on the wrist especially wearing them all weekend.. Great service and will use again :-)
