Firstly book a locker by using this web site or via the venue booking site if the "Book a locker" option is available.

Presuming there is locker availability you will be issued with an electronic voucher , KEEP THIS SAFE and bring to festival.

Prior to arriving at the venue check back to this web site to see your Venue Site locations of lockerhouses, should this not be available please contact LockerHouse on the box office telephone number shown on your voucher (this number is only available when festival is open)

Give your locker voucher signed to the lockerhouse attendant.

The attendant will ask you for a password for security reasons in case it is needed in the future to prove your identity.

You will be issued an empty locker number and given a brand new combination lock to put on your locker.You will be given a wrist band to allow you entry to the lockerhouse compound.

Set the combination as per the instructions given to a memorable number (or ask your attendant too), do not forget it, if locks have to be removed and replaced there is a charge made.

That’s it, you can visit your locker as often as you like during the advertised opening hours.

At the end of the event, empty your locker and the souvenir event padlock is yours to keep.

Personal item Lockers are approximately 250mm wide x 155mm deep x 100mm high stacked 16 high.
