Q: What socket type does the lockers have and what do I need to bring with me to use it?

A: The lockers that have power all have a 12v car cigar lighter socket with 12 volt DC output. You will need to bring your own adapter that fits your phone, iPod etc...  A normal domestic plug will not fit.

Q: Does the locker fee cover the whole of the festival period?

A: Yes, the fee does cover the whole of the festival time however some events are booked on a day rate.

Q: I have arthritis in my knees and am worried I will have to be kneeling down a lot to get to my locker.  Do we get to pick our own locker or are they automatically allocated?

A: If you have any special requirements due to disability, please notify a member of staff at the Locker House ticket office on arrival and we’ll do our best to assign you a locker that is appropriate

Q: I`ve ordered my locker through Ticketmaster but wasn’t given a code, will it arrive in the post with the tickets?

A: No, Lockerhouse booking office will send you the relevant locker booking information via email 7 days prior to the event,should you not receive this please bring a copy of your invoice from the ticket supplier or contact us via this web site and we will be pleased to help.

Q: Will a 12v to 240v inverter work in the socket?

A: No, the power supply to each locker is 800milliamps to power an in car phone or iPod charger.

Q: Will there be 24 hours access to the lockers?

A: This will depend on the festival.  Due to security it may not be possible to grant access round the clock.  There should be access until the early hours and then from early in the morning

Q: Will I be able to share my locker with my husband or boyfriend?

A: This will depend on the how much you want to store in your locker.  There is also only one power supply.  However, we have no objections with sharing.

Q: Will the lockers be supervised 24 hours?

A: Yes, there will be security located at the lockers and will be covered by 24 hour CCTV.  There will be limited access to the locker area so whom ever requires access will have to have our issued ID which you will be given upon registration at the LockerHouse box office.
